How can I cancel a song and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You have 24 hours to contact us and cancel your song.  Our cancellation policy is void if you choose to expedite your song before 48 hours.

I'm currently waiting for my song. When will I receive it?

Accepted Answer

You will receive your song between the amount of days your chose on your song form when your ordered yoru song.

Currently we offer:
Standard 5-7 day delivery
Expedited 3-4 day delivery
Expedited within 48 hour delivery

We count days by 24 hours increments. So if you chose 3-4 day delivery.  Then you will receive your song anywhere between 36 hours and 84 hours.

Accepted Answer

Because every SongBouquet order is custom-written and recorded specifically for each customer:
Each order includes one complimentary revision covering minor lyrical corrections, pronunciation adjustments, or small wording updates.
Additional revisions or major structural changes may require an additional fee depending on the scope of the request.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Revision processing may add up to an additional 72 hours to the overall delivery timeline.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout apply to the initial version only and do not include revision processing time.
