Every Story Deserves a Song

Once your song is completed, you will receive an email containing a link to your personal song page. The email will be sent to the address you provided in your song submission form.

From your song page, you will be able to:

• Listen to your completed song

• Share it with friends and family

• Download your song and any add-ons you purchased

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Follow these steps:

1. Send us a message on our Contact Form

2. Let us know your situation.

3. We will send us our amendment form and you can have your song expedited.

With our intuitive song form, and are extremely well-vetted artists... We are certain that your song will come out fantastically! In the rare chance that your song doesn't come out a way that you like... We will offer to write you a new song for $100. Which will exclusively go to the artist.

If there is a mistake that our artist made. Let us know immediately and we will amend the problem free of charge. You have 72 hours to listen to your song and get back to us with any issues.

Because every SongBouquet order is custom-written and recorded specifically for each customer:

• Each order includes one complimentary revision covering minor lyrical corrections, pronunciation adjustments, or small wording updates.

• Additional revisions or major structural changes may require an additional fee depending on the scope of the request.

• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Revision processing may add up to an additional 72 hours to the overall delivery timeline.

• Delivery timelines provided at checkout apply to the initial version only and do not include revision processing time.
